We had a perfect holiday in Edinburgh, while staying in one of their apartments. The apartment is nicely decorated, with attention to details, having everything that you could need to fell like at home. Even if the apartments we stayed has a wall toward the adjacent pub it is sound proofed so you won`t get any sounds inside the apartment. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, in the middle of an residential area, ideal for those who are not fans of downtown agitation. The location is close to bus station connecting directly to city center or the port of Leith and at short walkable distance for direct trains to Glasgow (Haymarket Train Station). We enjoyed a lot walking along the canal and we felt like home. Easy self check-in and check-out. I definitely recommend them. ~ klokotrist

Bright modern flat with great facilities, close to local amenities and good transport links. The master bedroom with ensuite was lovely to have and meant that my son could have his own bathroom too, as he was in the double bedroom. The open plan living space was chic and relaxing in the evening. The patio/garden looked lovely and the only reason we didn't use it was because it was a cold time now year when we visited. The free parking space was much appreciated and it was lovely seeing the tram lines in place in Leith which will make the journey to central Edinburgh and the airport even more straightforward than it is now. There is a bus stop just around the corner and a shop for essentials. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay again. ~ Linda C

This is an exceptional flat, maintained very well and is complete with every facility you would find in your own Home. A lovely living room that is perfect for a family to hang out. Even has a small study room for working. I was surprised that it was better than my expectations from the photos on the booking site. Great neighborhood, with a convenience store 30 seconds walk, and 2 minutes from the Shandon Place bus stop into town and other places. A surprise in store is a long walk along the canal nearby, a taste of the quiet countryside in Scotland. A word of appreciation for the attentive hosts who kept checking if everything was alright and responded to any queries. We are definitely coming back for our next visit. ~ Sachin V

This was my first visit to Edinburgh with my family and wasn't sure what to expect but GuestReady exceeded my expectations. The premises was large enough for three of us, and the double beds in both rooms were comfortable. Place was also very clean. The central location was the best part of the premises. It was right at the top of the Royal Mile and Edinburgh castle was just round the corner so sightseeing was very convenient. Only downside is that the master bedroom faces Berties (supposedly the best fish and chips in Edinburgh) and some pubs so it can get a bit noisy at night. Oh, and there's a few restaurants just next to the premises but I didn't try those as there were too many options around. ~ daniel s

Het appartement is geweldig, de ligging perfect! Op 2 minuten afstand Tesco en Portrait museum. De bussen vanaf the airport ook vlakbij. Appartement is compleet, heerlijk bed en badkamer en keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt beschikbaar. Communicatie via Geast House Ready verliep soepel en reageren snel. Vi hyrde en lägenhet som var perfekt belägen på Cannongate. Skall man besöka Edinburgh är detta stället man skall bo på! Centralt beläget på Royal Mile i ett hus med mycket gamla anor. Lägenheten är dock nyrenoverad och i perfekt skick. Köket har allt man behöver i form av utrustning och köksmaskiner. Huset ligger strategiskt beläget bredvid en kiltskräddare och en pub. ~ Ake H

El apartamento estaba muy bien. Muy limpio, bien equipado, ordenado, todo lo necesario para estar allí unos días. Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación, es difícil encontrar una ubicación mejor porque está literalmente al lado de todo lo que hay que ver en la ciudad. Los anfitriones muy muy atentos y dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda a cualquier hora. Recomendadísimo siempre a cualquiera! ~ Fran M

I had an amazing stay at this lovely 2-bedroom home in Edinburgh. From the moment I arrived, everything felt just right. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with all the amenities one could need — it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were outstanding — warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into making their place welcoming and comfortable for guests. The location was another big highlight: it’s right next to a peaceful park and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and local shops. It was the perfect base to explore Edinburgh, yet tucked away enough to feel relaxed and quiet at the end of the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat. A cute flat in Edinburgh! I always hesitate to book new listings without any reviews on Airbnb, but everything was either super expensive or mostly sold out (hotels and airbnb) on the days we needed, so I gave this a try. I am glad that I found this flat from GuestReady. It looks just like the photos. The location is a bit further from the city center, but a very quiet and nice neighborhood. We especially love a tapa place called La Casa there. :) We used Uber the whole time because we didn't want to walk in the cold and the rain. There weren't many Uber drivers in Edinburgh and the fare was always higher than usual. :( I am sure you can take the bus or walk to the city center though. Overall, a nice stay! ~ TingTing L

We stayed at the Jeffery Street flat and it was a very nice experience. For me, the location is one of the most important things when I visit the cities like Edinburgh as I don't usually go there by car. I would like to walk around. We went there by train and the flat is just a few minutes walk from the station. Many cool places like The Royal Mile, the Edinburgh Castle, Princess Street, Calton Hill, etc are just a walking distance from that flat Yes we could even see the Calton Hill from the windows. The host was also responsive and answer all the questions. Nice service. The room was big enough for four people and cosy. I would stay there again. ~ Ye H

Extremely good place. I booked a flat in Edinburgh for 3 nights. It was comfortable, cozy, clean and at a very good location (just half block from every tours' meeting point. I was pleased to see that the knives were sharp and there was also a knife sharpener. The pots and pans were in very good condition, which is great when cooking something. The apartment was spacious, luminous, quiet and had everything we needed to a perfect stay. A great detail was that there was a box with touristic information, a folder with historical tips, and a board with useful phone numbers (taxis, restaurants, etc) ~ Fran M

I stayed in their Castle View Apartment and I have to say that the view is amazing. You literally can see the castle from your window. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was well stocked for my needs, apart from lacking a microwave. The place was clean and well kept. The only quam I had was the building in which the apartment was located in - it gave me a creepy feeling but that's because it's old and well...if you're in old town you gotta expect that. Anyway highly recommend this place, the location is amazing, just where you want to be - close to everything you need from attractions to restaurants ~ Navin S

El piso es acogedor, muy bien decorado y dispuesto con lo esencial para pasar unos días con secador, toallas, y muchos utensilios de cocina. Cuando accedes al portal puedes pensar que estas en una película de terror pero cuando llegas al apartamento se te pone una sonrisa bien grande en la boca. Me encantó el detalle de que tuviéramos disponible Netflix en la TV. La zona es tranquila y bien situada dando un paseo llegas al centro sin problema. ~ Cristina R

Fabulous, stylish, VERY clean, comfortable and welcoming apartment in a fantastic location. Easy access and easy to find. Got the code for the door sent through email and kept informed. Very easy to check in and out. The owner was very polite by email and text and responded reasonably quickly. The quality and design of the decor and furnishings were excellent. Has everything we needed for the night's stay. We loved being able to have a home away from home. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend it. Thank you so much. The apartment was neat when we arrived, everything was set, even the fridge was turned on, which was great cause we needed to chill some drinks and left over meals. The bed was really comfortable, ooh we got fluffy towels, so we didn't even use ours. The staffs were nice and helpful from the moment I booked till we checked out. The WiFi was strong. The apartment is in a great location for exploring the city, it's a 5 minutes walk to the bustop, 10 minutes walk to the fountain park, which houses cinema, lots of restaurants, nightclub and the trampoline fun house. I just stayed at this GuestReady - Modern Apartment in Polwarth, Edinburgh. The apartment truly lives up to its name. It indeed was Guest Ready and Modern with all facilities that one needs while 'living out of the suitcase'. Every little detail was taken care of be it the instructions for the WiFi or the use of TV. The property was in absolutely spic and span condition. The apartment is centrally located and all your needs while on a holiday are at a walking distance (groceries, restaurants, cafe and pubs}. L'appartamento si trova in buona posizione a pochi passi da Holyrood Park, sul quale ha una bella vista. L'appartamento è piaciuto a tutta la mia famiglia, anche ai bambini. Esso é accogliente, pulito e molto tranquillo, con ampio soggiorno dotato di televisione. Sono presenti tutte le dotazioni necessarie che comprendono attrezzatura ed elettrodomestici da cucina, wi-fi compreso. Spent 3 nights at Guest Ready with 4 other friends The apartment is in a secure building and is large and beautifully furnished We had access to Netflix and Amazon Prime which was a nice surprise , although we spent more time out and about in Edinburgh to enjoy it Bathroom is more than capable of handling 5 lads. The apartment is close to Murrayfield and Tynecastle grounds, with a Sainsburys and Aldi very close by. There are plenty of bars and coffee shops and take aways in close proximity For us it was perfect and added to our lovely stay in Edinburgh Phil ~ Phil G

Stayed in very spacious apartment with two friends in Morningside. Location was great....we walked into town for dinner, bus-stop right outside too and a supermarket across the road. The flat was really quiet even though it faces onto a busy street - the windows were well sound-proofed. Ate locally for two nights.....plenty of options locally and there's a great and quirky pub nearby as well. Hair dryer was a bit rubbish for 3 ladies and the stairwell is a bit bleak but we were very pleasantly surprised when we opened the front door of this nicely decorated flat. ~ Sarah C

Met 2 vrienden een lang weekend in Edinburgh geweest en in dit appartement verbleven. Schoon. Keuken en huiskamer niet eens gebruikt. Alles was dichtbij op loopafstand. Midden in the Old Town. Als de trappen geen probleem zijn, dan is dit appartement perfect. Ook de sleutels ophalen verliep eenvoudig, bij het IBIS hotel waar ze ons ook vriendelijk hielpen aan electra transformators (UK/EU). Zonder kosten, gewoon weer inleveren met de sleutels. Taxi voor rit naar het vliegveld en gelijk daar het ontbijt geregeld. ~ norbert v

We stayed in Guestready's large, modern, clean apartment in a great area of Edinburgh (Leith). It had plenty of the basic provisions that make a stay comfortable, the largest TV of the trip, enclosed parking, and very important, functioning Wifi. The local agent was responsive and friendly. One kitchen cabinet was broken when we arrived, but when we informed the agent, Mathew, he offered to promptly have it fixed, but we suggested they wait until we leave. We would definitely stay in the same apartment again. ~ Joseph L

A nossa estadia foi excelente. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, além de muito limpa. O apartamento fica bem localizado, há uns 15 minutos do centro da cidade caminhando. A vizinhança é bem tranquila e toda a comunicação com o anfitrião foi ótima. ~ Mariana V

I stayed at the Meadowbank Guest Apartment over the Christmas / New Year’s holidays with my family. Honestly a brilliant experience. We had a great 2 bedroom apartment: very spacious, tidy and super comfortable. Very well stocked as well. Communication with Lorna / Matthew / Guestready was efficient and they accommodated a late—in-the-day check-in. (Matthew came to had us the keys). Although Edinburgh’s Hogmanay events were cancelled, it didn’t matter so much in the end, and the flat was a big part of that. Would definitely recommend. ~ Chibs M
